工伤治疗过程中注意事项

<strong><span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">一、职工发生工伤应就近抢救治疗:</span></strong>
</p>

<span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">员工在非参保地发生工伤,员工在紧急就医之后,如需继续治疗,二次及之后的治疗必须在合肥本地协议医疗机构治疗(包括住院和门诊)。</span>

<strong><span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">二、</span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">须转诊转院治疗的:</span></strong>
</p>

<span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">需填写《合肥市工伤职工转院治疗申请表》【本页可下载】(转外治疗意见需工伤保险定点三甲医疗机构提出),报合肥市工伤生育保险管理中心审批后,方可转院;</span>

<strong><span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">三、员工在工伤认定书出来后二次入院,继续治疗,康复治疗的:</span></strong>
</p>

<span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">必须经市工伤生育保险管理中心审核通过后,在合肥市工伤协议医疗机构治疗,并到政务区社保局三楼办理联网结算手续,二次及之后入院治疗费用不再进行手动报销,否则会导致费用无法报销;</span>

<strong><span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">四、疑似工伤情况就医的:</span></strong>

<span style="line-height:150%;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">如果是门诊,可以使用社保卡,如果住院,请勿出示社保卡;</span>
